Why hire Capid Houser to assist your

Steve Campbell acted as chair to the
European Diversity Network for a number of years
whilst working for Hewlett Packard and was a key contributor
to the Women's Network. After moving to Japan to
manage business throughout the region (Japan, Korea, Taiwan,
Indonesia, India .....) Campbell's expertise was recognized
and he ended up working closely with the Japanese
Diversity director and aided in crafting the Diversity
strategy of Hewlett Packard Japan.
In addition to working on the Far
Eastern and European Diversity programmes Campbell was part
of the U.S. lead Reinventing Diversity @HP initiative
team and part of the core team responsible for devising
Hewlett Packard's then CEO (Carly Fiorina) endorsed 1st
National Black Employee Conference.
First and
foremost Campbell's business acumen
lead him to work with cultures ranging from the Americans
to the English, from the Germans to the
Indians and from the Taiwanese to the Japanese
and understands the differences that exists in business
communications today. In addition to this Campbell's
management experience means he is able to communicate with
management at any level throughout the organization and most
importantly he understands the principle reason for the
existence of any business; i.e. to serve its customers.
